Technology & Process
1. Arc Deposition (Arc Ion Plating)High-current arc discharge evaporates metal targets. The metal ions react with nitrogen gas under a negative bias voltage to form hard, dense metal nitride films (e.g., TiN, CrN). This process ensures excellent hardness and wear resistance.
2. Magnetron SputteringUtilizes unbalanced magnetic fields to generate Argon ions that sputter metal atoms onto the substrate. This technology is ideal for producing smooth, solid metal films with precise thickness control, perfect for achieving high-purity decorative layers.
