CCD type ultra-high vacuum electric gate valve is a newly developed ultra-thin valve. It is powered by a stepper motor and uses a threaded screw transmission mechanism to push (pull) the valve core component for linear motion, thereby controlling the opening or closing of the valve. Its opening or closing position can be adjusted arbitrarily. This series of plug-in valves is suitable for applications where the working medium is air and non corrosive gases. It is equipped with a PNP photoelectric switch to control the opening and closing position of the valve.

The working principle of the electric high vacuum gate valve is to drive the valve plate to move linearly in the valve body through an electric device (such as a motor), so as to control the opening and closing of the valve. When the valve plate is fully opened, the air flow can smoothly pass through the valve; and when the valve plate is fully closed, the valve can effectively block the air flow to ensure the stability and reliability of the vacuum system.


 1 Structure
