This integrated vacuum pumping station is a high-performance complete vacuum system independently developed for industrial physical vapor deposition (PVD), coating, metallurgy, heat treatment and other high-vacuum production processes. It combines a roots vacuum pump and rotary vane vacuum pump unit with a matched large-capacity vacuum buffer tank, forming a stable, high-efficiency two-stage vacuum acquisition system, perfectly meeting the strict high-vacuum environment requirements of coating equipment.

Vacuum valve: It plays an important role in controlling the gas flow in the pumping system. It can be opened or closed in time according to the process requirements to ensure the smooth pumping process and the stability of the vacuum degree in the vacuum equipment.

Vacuum measuring instrument: It is used to measure the vacuum degree in the vacuum equipment and feed back the measurement signal to the control system, so that the operator can know the vacuum condition in time and adjust the working parameters of the pumping system as required.
