Our High Vacuum Evaporation Coating Machine is designed for high-quality metallization of plastic parts with pure aluminum. Ideal for creating reflective surfaces, this system operates under high vacuum conditions using a thermal evaporation process. It supports batch operations and offers flexibility for protective layer coating before or after metallization.

  • Planetary Substrate Holder
    The substrate holder features a planetary design with adjustable speed control. It is compatible with both 4-axle and 6-axle configurations to accommodate various substrate sizes.

  • High Vacuum Performance
    Achieves a maximum vacuum degree of 5.0×10⁻⁴ Pa and a general working vacuum degree of 3.0–5.0×10⁻² Pa. Recovery time from atmosphere to working vacuum is under 6 minutes under clean, unloaded conditions.

  • Efficient Cycle Time
    Typical metallizing cycle time is approximately 10 minutes, depending on substrate material and size (based on PC material).

  • Robust Vacuum System
    Equipped with a three-stage pumping system:

    • Diffusion Pump (DIP30000)

    • Roots Pump (WH2500)

    • Mechanical Pump (SV750B, Leybold Germany)

  • PLC Automatic Control
    The system features a 10.4-inch color touch screen HMI with Panasonic modules (Japan). Both automatic and manual operation modes are available for flexible process control.

  • Aluminum Evaporation Unit
    Includes a 20 kW evaporation transformer with manual valve control to regulate evaporation rate.
