TiAl(67:33) Target Material Round Target for PVD Coating Machine
TiAl 67:33 target is a kind of titanium-aluminum alloy sputtering target composed of 67% aluminum and 33% titanium. It has the characteristics of high purity, high density and uniform composition. It is widely used in tool coating, decorative coating and other fields, which can significantly improve the cutting performance of tools and moulds and the wear resistance of ornaments.
Physical properties
Density: ≥ 3.29 G/cm ³ (high density improves sputtering efficiency).
Purity: up to 99.8%, reduce the interference of impurities on the film performance.
The grain size is less than or equal to 100 mu m, and that fine grain improve the sputtering rate and the uniformity of the film.
Thermal conductivity: 98 W/ (m · K), good thermal conductivity to optimize the sputtering process stability.
Chemical stability
Keep inert in high temperature and high electric field environment, avoid the generation of secondary pollutants or chemical reaction products, and ensure the quality of the film.
Applications
a. Tool coating
