99.99% Zirconium Target Material For Arc Deposition

 

The 99.99% multi-arc zirconium target is a high-purity zirconium target material, which is mainly used in the field of vacuum coating.

High purity: 
 The purity of 99.99% means that the impurity content in the zirconium target is very low (≤ 0.01%), which can significantly reduce the particle contamination in the coating process and improve the compactness and uniformity of the film. 

Multi-arc process suitability: 
 In multi-arc ion plating technology, the target material is evaporated by electric arc, and the target material is required to have high purity, low porosity and good conductivity. The 99.99% multi-arc zirconium target can stably provide zirconium ion flow to ensure the coating efficiency and quality. 

Applications:

 1. Decorative coating: 
 It is used to plate zirconium on the surface of watches, glasses frames, hardware, etc. To improve wear resistance, corrosion resistance and beauty (such as gold and black coatings).

 Zirconium film plating for cutting tools and moulds can enhance hardness (up to HV3000), reduce friction coefficient and prolong service life. 
 3. Optical coating: 
 Zirconium films were deposited on optical elements such as lenses and filters to optimize the transmittance and reflectivity by using its high refractive index (n ≈ 2.16) and low absorption characteristics. 
 4. Semiconductor field: 
 As a barrier layer or adhesion layer, it forms a composite film with aluminum, copper and other metals to improve conductivity and stability.
