SP-3000 Glass Mirror Coating Line
Aluminum mirror vacuum coating line is a special production line for coating aluminum film on glass or other substrates. This kind of production line usually adopts magnetron sputtering coating technology, which has the advantages of high efficiency, environmental protection and stable product quality. In a vacuum environment, high-energy ion streams (usually argon ions) accelerated by an electric field bombard the surface of an aluminum target, sputter aluminum atoms or molecules from the surface of the target, and deposit on the substrate to form a layer of aluminum thin film. The introduction of the magnetic field can restrict the movement track of the electrons and improve the sputtering efficiency and the coating quality.
This vacuum coating equipment consists of the following parts:
Pretreatment section: used for cleaning, decontamination, drying and other pretreatment of the substrate to ensure the quality of the coating.
