Glass Mirror Coating Line

Continuous vacuum glass coating line adopts DC or MF magnetron sputtering technology to coat transparent flat glass with different coatings, which is capable to make glass into mirror, color glass, ITO glass, etc.

Main features:

1. Multi-vacuum chambers and multi-sputtering chamber design are available

2. The horizontal magnetic control line has single-end and double-end structure; glass double cleaning, coating, detection, painting, drying, cooling can be finished all at one time

3. The production line uses PLC for whole process control and is equipped with color screen to show the coating process data
