PVD Coating Equipment For Hard Coatings on Molds
PVD coating equipment adopts enhanced magnetron sputtering cathode arc or unbalanced magnetron sputtering technology, and uses internationally advanced cathodes. The coating equipment in this series can provide hard coatings such as TiN, TiAIN, CrN, and CrAIN, which are widely used in cutting tools, tools/molds, and parts with high wear resistance requirements.
This coating equipment has good stability and a high degree of automation, with mature metal ceramic coating processes. The open user interface also provides feasibility for users to independently develop processes according to their own requirements.
