Endblock Sputtering Cathode for ITO and AR Coating Inline System
Application:
This endblock is designed for the inline sputtering system which is used for applying thin film deposition on Anti Reflective glass and Low-E glass, ITO glass, etc.
Applicable for type of inline sputtering system:
This sputtering cathode can be used for horizontal type of vacuum coating lines. The length of cathodes can be up to 2500mm and with both ends support for the target tube.
